December 21, 2018 in the assembly hall of KSMU was a reporting meeting of the rector of KSMU, Professor Raushan Sultanovna Dosmagambetova with the community.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the public of the city of Karaganda, members of the Supervisory Board of KSMU: The chairman of the Karaganda branch of the party Nur Otan Yulia Viktorovna Badina, the director of the Karaganda regional branch of the Republican Research Institute for occupational Safety of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Otarov Ertay Zhalgaspayevich, Representatives of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of the Karaganda region, Faculty and staff of the university, students, undergraduates, doctoral students of KSMU.

During the reporting speech, the rector dwelled on the main strategic directions of KSMU activities: leadership in research, excellence in education and student life, development of human resources, internationalization and collaboration, management and finance. It was reported about  university achievements in the past 2018, what changes occurred during the productive activities of the university, what the university lives today and about the plans of the university for 2019.

At the end of the meeting, the community asked questions concerned the employment prospects of graduates, the convertibility of the diploma in connection with the transfer of KSMU to NPJSC “KMU”, the volume of future medical services of the university clinic, about changes are awaiting students in the future, will there be changes in the assessment technology knowledge of students. To all these questions were received full answers.

Yulia V. Badina, Chairperson of the meeting, thanked the Rector for the constructive meeting with the community, spoke about the important tasks facing the university, and wished successful work and great achievements to KSMU.

Further, the award was held on the basis of a rating assessment of the activities of departments and teaching staff.
