In the period since 05.11.2018 till 16.11.2018 Associate Professor of Public Health was sent to the Abuali ibni Sino Tajik State Medical University as part of the "Academic mobility" program. 

During his stay at the university Sergaliev Talgat Sovetovic gave lectures and practice classes for medical and dental faculties’ students of fourth courses at the department of public health of the Tajik State Medical University in Dushanbe. The lectures were given on the following topics: “Health economics”, "Organization of medical care to the population”, “Inter-institutional economic accounting”, "Differentiated wages in health care”, “Payment methods of  medical services”, “Population morbidity. Study methods and analysis of morbidity”, “Medical Statistics”.

As part of an exchange of practical experience Sergaliev T.S. conducted classes of TBL methodology on the topic “General concepts about the economic methods of management in health care”. There was also problem-oriented learning class of “Morbidity with temporary incapacity analysis” for the 4th year students of “dentistry” specialty.

There was a lecture for teachers on the topic “Economic Analysis of Health Care”
