Teleconference as a form of cooperation
On
November 13, 2018, a teleconference was held, during which the problems of
cooperation in teaching Russian as a foreign language were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to teaching Russian to students from India. It was
organized by the Belarusian State Medical University (Belarus, Minsk). Rector
of the Belarusian State Medical University Anatoly Viktorovich Sikorsky, Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of India in the Republic of
Belarus Sangita Bagadur addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
The problematic field of the teleconference, affecting various aspects of teaching Russian as a foreign language, attracted the attention of participants from the Center of Russian Studies at the University named after Jawaharlal Nehru (New Delhi, India), Kursk State Medical University (Kursk, Russia), the State Institute of Russian Language named after A.S. Pushkin (Moscow, Russia), Department of Innovative Linguistic Projects of the «МКР-Медиа» holding (Omsk, Russia). The Russian language department of our university also took an active part. The teacher of the department Nellya Fedorovna Yushko delivered a presentation about innovative methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the Russian language department at our university. The presentation attracted the attention of listeners and aroused active interest.
