The meeting of the participants of the “Enactus KSMU” - team with a well-known businessman, the founder of the «Нәтіже» company Yerlan Ashim was held at KSMU.

 Yerlan Ashim is a successful businessman, public figure and patron, founder of the «Нәтіже» retail network.

 In the difficult 90s, Yerlan Ashim losing his job, but did not give up and founded his own trading network. First he realized small lots of products, later he organized a bakery then he decided to pay attention to the dairy market.

 Now, Yerlan Ashim is the founder of the «Нәтіже» company, the owner of the dairy product sales network “Milkhouse”. Today, the products of «Нәтіже» company are sold in every corner of Central Kazakhstan.

The guest told the students about his vision of a successful person, noted the importance of self-development and self-criticism in the forming identity  as a person and expressed the opinion about  necessary to implement insurance medicine in our state.

Yerlan Ashim paid special attention to the importance of reading books as the main factor developing the ability to think and understand other people, which is much appreciated both in the work of doctors and in business.
