Academic mobility of professor Thomas Kačergius at KSMU
From the 17th of September until the 28th
of September 2018 the associated professor of the Department of Physiology,
Biochemistry, Microbiology and Laboratory Medicine of the Institute of
Biomedical Sciences of the Faculty of Medicine of the Vilnius University (Lithuania)
Thomas Kačergius conducts the lectures
and practical classes at the KSMU in the framework of the academic mobility
program.
The professor conducts lecture and practical classes for students of the university in the Department of Microbiology in English.
The professor was acquainted with the university, met with Vice-rector for Strategic Development, Science and International Cooperation A. A. Turmukhambetova, Vice-Rector for Organizational and Economic Work M. T. Teleuov, Vice-Rector for Clinical Work and Continuing Professional Development B. N. Kosherova, Vice-Rector on the Teaching and Methodical Work V. Riklefs. Also Thomas Kačergius visited the Museum of History, Laboratory of Collective Use, Center for Practical Skills, Anatomical Museum, Dental Clinic and Medical Center of KSMU, and the KarLag Museum.
