Academic mobility is the way to success
We are students of the 4th year of the Faculty of General Medicine and
Dentistry:Azamat Abdir, Dinara Bekkozha, Diana Karimova, Erzhan Omarov,
Saltanat Rakhimberlina, Aisulu Rakhimzhanovahave
passed practical training on the program of academic mobility at the Samarkand State Medical Institute. The practice was
conducted in the disciplines "Obstetrics and Gynecology" on the basis
of the Republican Hospital of Samarkand and "Pediatrics" on the basis
of the Regional Multiprofile Children's Clinical Hospital.
At the Faculty of Obstetrics and Gynecology with the permission of the leader of the practice of Dildora Rakhimovna, we took part in childbirth. We were also given the opportunity to participate in various obstetric and gynecological operations.At the Department of Pediatrics, we observed patients, took part in the diagnosis and treatment plan. Also during practice we participated in morning conferences, in rounds of patients with professors. Each of the leaders of this practice warmly met us, introduced the history of the hospitals and conducted a tour of the departments.
We were invited to a scientific and practical conference with international participation "Parasitic and infectious diseases in the regional pathology of the Central Asian region". At the conference, scientists - parasitologists and infectious disease specialists from Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan, presented reports on various parasitic diseases of childhood.
In our free time leaders of practice conducted excursions to the sights of Samarkand, such as Registan Square, Gur-Emir Mausoleum, Bibi-Hanim, Shahi Zinda, etc. We were very pleased with the excursion to these ancient and holy places.We also want to note the benevolence and hospitality of the leadership of SAMMI.
