Since 06.06.18. to 08.06.18. senior teachers of the Department of Morphology R.T. Karibzhanova, G.B. Shapatova were sent to the Semey State Medical University to exchange experience on the introduction of  OPSE (Objective Structured Practical Exam), for the 1 year students of the specialty "General Medicine".

OSPE in SMU of Semey on the Department of Anatomy is conducted for the students of 1st and 2nd courses of specialities "General medicine" and "Stomatology" on all languages of instruction. Final control on disciplines of anatomy includes OSPE and computer testing. OSPE is conducted on the last lesson of IWST, it occupies 20% of the final estimation and imports in the day of the computer testing.

In the first year introduction of OSPE at the Department of Anatomy in SMU began with realization of OSPE on border controls, for the best mastering of technique of realization. On midterm examination recitation, and then reception of practical skills was conducted as OSPE. For 8 years, the OSPE  has been continuously improved and is now widely used in final control.

Generally, introduction of OSPE is possible on disciplines of anatomy. But the department plans at the beginning to introduce OSPE on midterm examination, for quality realization to develop methodology of realization, and then, subsequently on examinations.
