A significant event for the Karaganda State Medical University was the "KSMU Ball of Rector: Bolashakka Bagdar”, organized by the Student Republic "Samruk" in the "Ak Saray" Palace of Events.

This event was aimed at bringing the young people to national folklore, classical music, world culture and ethics of secular behavior, introducing to the society the norms of intellectual development of medical youth and creating conditions for the formation of positive models of behavior in society, which were reflected in the program article of the Head of State "Bolashakka bagdar: Rukhani zhangyru".

The main participants of the Ball were 35 couples (70 people). All of them are students with high academic achievement, engaged in sports, scientific and creative activities, having an active life position, patriots of the country and some of the best students of the university. Debutants of Ball danced "Kаzаkh valtz", "Vienna waltz" and "Polka".

Debutants and guests were invited to a big buffet table, photo session and a pleasant surprise  performances by popular groups, creative teams of the university and the best groups of the Karaganda region.

This year, the number of sponsors and partners has increased 3-times and amounted to more than 20 different companies, studios and agencies.

The award ceremony was the long anticipated moment. Minura Mamatiminova  (2-038 group of the faculty of GM and D) became Queen of the Ball and King of Ball Temirlan Gaisaev (3-053 group of the faculty of GM and D). The winners were named in more than 10 nominations . All of them received prizes from the sponsors and partners of the project.
