As a part of academic mobility the head of the Pediatrics and Perinatology Department Prof. B.A. Abeuova and the head of the Pediatric Dentistry and Surgical Dentistry Department S.T. Tuleutaeva visited Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University from 19.03.2018 to 30.03.2018. The Republic of Belarus has a rich history and mostly associates with the Great Patriotic War with Belovezhskaya Pushcha. The city of Vitebsk is famous for its centuries-old history, the works of Marc Chagall and Ilya Repin, the song contest "Slavianski Bazaar."

As the theater begins at the cloakroom, so our acquaintance with Belarus began at the airport in Minsk. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and warmth of the big metropolis. Upon our arrival, we found ourselves in a circle of hospitable colleagues and an exciting work began. Within two weeks lectures and practical classes were held in accordance with the thematic plan and schedule with students of pediatric and dental faculties. Practical lessons were conducted with the use of active teaching methods, and there were given lectures that aroused great interest among the students. Belarusian students were interested in the methodology of Kazakh students teaching. All kinds of classes were fascinating, with the active involvement of students in the discussion of the problems under study, the cognitive activity of the students was stimulated. A large number of foreign students study in the VSMU, which was started in the far 1981. For example, at the Dental Department more than 90% of the students are foreign citizens - representatives of Russia, Turkmenistan.

It is impossible not to mention the living conditions that were created for guests and the students themselves. Comfortable rooms are equipped with everything necessary for living and teaching. Our stay in Vitebsk was filled with positive emotions and new impressions.

Within two weeks there was an active exchange of experience between teachers, the issues of future doctors training in modern conditions, the main directions in educational activities were discussed. Collaboration was carried out effectively and productively for interested parts. Issues of further cooperation as a part of academic mobility were discussed.
