On March 13, 2018 National Office of the Erasmus + program in the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a webinar on "Consultation for the teams of the capacity building projects in higher education (CBHE) on preparation for monitoring". The webinar was conducted by Shayzada Umurzakovna Tasbulatova, National Coordinator of the Erasmus + program in Kazakhstan. The webinar was conducted to familiarize project teams with the types and rules of monitoring.

Many Kazakhstan universities took part in the webinar: Karaganda State Medical University, L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University, Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University, Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University etc.

Karaganda State Medical University was represented by all participants of Erasmus + projects, realized with the participation of KSMU: WELCOME, TUTORIAL, ProInCa, TAME, TRUNAK.

1. Goals and functions of monitoring

2. Types of monitoring and evaluation criteria

3. Indicators and descriptors for assessing the quality of project implementation

4. Communication in preparation for monitoring

5. Information and necessary documents for monitoring

6. Errors in preparation for monitoring

7. Recognition of CBHE projects

8. Feedback

In addition, the National Office of the Erasmus + program in Kazakhstan presented a monitoring plan for various projects in 2018.

At the end of the presentation, all the participants of the webinar had the opportunity to ask questions to Sh. U. Tasbulatova.
