During the period from September 16 to January 11, fourth-year students of «General medicine» specialty studied at the Kursk State Medical University within the academic mobility program. The education was conducted in the disciplines "Surgical diseases", "Obstetrics and gynecology", "Professionally oriented language".

Kursk State Medical University (KSMU) is one of the oldest and biggest universities in Kursk and also one of the leading medical universities in Russia. KSMU is an educational, scientific and cultural center in the Central Black Earth region. Today about 9 thousand people study at the university.

Today the Kursk State Medical University is a well-known educational institution in the world that provides training of medical personnel for 48 countries of the world.

Today more than 2,500 foreign citizens from Malaysia, India, Brazil, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Thailand and other countries are studying at the university. The number of foreign students exceeds 35%.

Many renowned scientists, teachers, academicians of RANS, RAMS and honored doctors work at the Kursk State Medical University, under leadership of whom we were trained. Under their supervision, we were able to participate in the analysis of clinical cases, assisting Doctors in the operation room and attending the patient. These experiences that we had is useful for our future.

The campus of the university includes 7 training buildings and 6 dormitories.

Outside of the educational process they were able to visit cultural and historical attractions of the Kursk.
