During the period from Jan 8 to Jan 15, Karaganda State Medical University organized educational practice in pharmaceutical manufactures in Republic of India for students of «Technology for Pharmaceutical Production»within the academic mobility programme.

Students were presented pharmaceutical production of factories such as Psychotropics India Ltd, Patanjali herbal garden and Research Center, Tirupati Group and HiGlance Laboratories Pvt.Ltd., specializing on production of different types of prepared medicinal forms.

During the pharmaceutical internship, we deepened and extended our knowledge in international quality standards, technology of prepared medicinal forms, the quality control of medicines, equipment for filling and packaging of medicines.

Impressions from the abroad practice are extremely positive! We, students, sincerely advice all students who have opportunities to try strength in this programme and not be afraid of strictness of the criteria and a small number of proposed places. An exchange student can expect a unique experience, new professional and personal contacts, other cultural environment and more.

We are thankful to all employees and supervisors of manufactures for given possibilities, high-level professionalism and competence, amiability and willingness to answer the questions.
