On December 8, 2017 a meeting with students of 2 courses of the "General Medicine" specialty was held at the Karaganda State Medical University on the organization and holding a work internship "Basic medical skills".

The responsible teacher of the internship Nika Nikolaevna Sedach made a welcome speech at the meeting. Further a specialist in practice of the Department of Clinical Work and Employment of Graduates Aliya Amyrbekovna Kasimova made a presentation on the organization and conduction of professional internship which acquainted students with terms, normative documents, rules of conduction and organization of internship, and explained rules of passing of medical examination, execution of the contract for carrying out professional internship and diaries.

The meeting was attended by  217 students, responsible teachers of the work experience internship "Basic medical skills" of the "General Medicine" specialty (N.N. Sedach, Zh.A. Kalbekov), the deputy dean of Faculty of the General Medicine and Dentistry (R.K. Begimbetov), the specialist in the professional internship of the Department of Clinical Work and Employment of Graduates (A.A. Kasimov).
