Students of the 1-006 group of  the "General Medicine" specialty Kairat Aida and Kameli Amina under the leadership of the senior teacher of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and SPD M.T. Aliyeva took the III place in the Regional competition of scientific projects " Елбасының тарихи жобалары мен бастамалары " ("Historical projects and initiatives of the Head of the nation ").

The contest was organized by the Historical and Cultural Center of the First President (Temirtau) on the day of the First President and was held in 3 stages.  The final, full-time stage of the contest took place in the conference hall of the Historical and Cultural Center of the First President on November 30, 2017 where students defended their projects that had passed the qualifying stage (slide presentation of the work). Kairat Aida and Kameli Amina defended their team project in Kazakh in the section of "Science, Culture and Education".

As a result of the performance, the students took the III place and were awarded with certificates and valuable prizes. Within the framework of participation in the project, students acquired new knowledge and skills of independent research activity.
