"Basic Manager Skills"
Within the
framework of the program of professional development of the KSMU staff, the
Department of Human Resources Management was organized a training seminar on
"Basic Manager Skills" on 10.11.17.
Leading of the seminar-training - Nadezhda Zubova, trainer-consultant, coach DER "HR Consulting". The main areas of work of N.P. Zubova - trainings for the development of business and managerial skills; human resources management; sales and negotiation trainings; service maintenance; telephone communication, telemarketing; team building trainings; personal effectiveness.
The material presented in the training seminar is intended for mastering the methods and techniques of effective management by the heads of structural divisions of the university.
Objectives:
• To formulate the concept of management activity, planning, control, delegation, organization and communication skills among listeners;
• To acquaint listeners with management styles and managerial functions, as well as with SMART criteria, the HDI typology, the "Wheel of Management" model.
