Arrival of students of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University for training in the frame of academic mobility programme
On the 17th September of 2017 12 students of 4th and 5th courses of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University have arrived in KSMU for training during the fall semester of 2017-2018 academic year in the frame of academic mobility programme.
Students will study at the individual groups during the semester on disciplines: General Hygiene, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatovenerology, Endocrinology, Internal Diseases, Surgical Diseases, Anatomical Topography, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, Infectious Diseases, Ophthalmology, Traumatology, Clinical traumatology etc.
The students were introduced with the KSMU’s structure: the library was presented, orientation meeting was held with the Dean’s Office of General Medicine and Dentistry Faculty. The orientation meeting for incoming students was held by WELCOME Center, created in the frame of Erasmus+ Project “WELCOME: Towards incoming international universities communities”, by students-volunteers, in particular by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Student Republic “Samruk” Mirzakhmetova Kamila. The list of cultural activities for all period was presented to the international students. The concert in KSMU on the 29th September of 2017 and visit to the KarLag Museum will be the upcoming events.
