Badyrov Ruslan studied at the University of Poitiers (Poitiers, France) by the
Erasmus + International Credit Mobility Program from 3rd of April
2017 till 30th of June 2017.
In the frame of academic mobility, Ruslan Badyrov conducted research work on the topic planned PhD thesis "Decellularized bovine-derived peritoneum implant for abdominal wall hernia repair" under the guidance of Professor Jean Pierre Faure.
There was also studied, aclinical use of biological materials in abdominal wall reconstruction at the University of Poitiers Hospital, while investigating the morphological aspects of the behavior of biological implants in the human body in the Laboratory of Anatomy and Surgery. There was published "Giant Abdominal Wall Desmoid Tumor: Surgical Resection and Combined Reconstruction with Biological and Synthetic Prostheses" manuscript in the JSM General Surgery: Cases and ImagesJournalbased onthe results of this work.
