Participation of KSMU at the Educational Exhibition “International Education Fair 2017”
International Exhibition of Education, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC “Center of International Programmes”, took place in Astana on 23rd-24th June 2017. Karaganda State Medical University participated at this event.
The main aim of the Exhibition was the extension of International Cooperation in the field of Higher Education, experience exchange in the sphere of the Joint educational programmes’ implementation, and the popularization of free and available foreign education.
At the Exhibition participated 98 foreign universities, 87 domestic universities and different educational agencies participated in the exhibition. The universities of the following countries were represented: United Kingdom, USA, France, China, Japan, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Malaysia, Spain, Italy and others.
During the Exhibition, the Karaganda State Medical University signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Scandinavian Institute for Academic Mobility, which will allow to realize the academic mobility programmes for students and professors in the universities of Finland in the next directions: “General Medicine”, “Public Health”, “Nursing”, “Pharmacy”.
Also, KSMU purposes to sign the agreements with: American University of Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), East China University of Science and Technology (China), Michigan State University (USA), University of Reading (United Kingdom), Perpignan University Via Domitia (France), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China), University of Waterloo (Canada), Renison University College (Canada).
