From may 29 to June 2, 2017, the department of immunology and allergology in conjunction with the course on occupational diseases held a master class on the topic «Emergencies in allergology: clinical management of the patients with drug allergy». Purpose: improvement of professional knowledge on emergency states in allergology and immunology, as well as discussion of topical issues of drug allergy.

The first report, which was presented to the audience MD, Professor N. V. Kozachenko, was on the theme «Peculiarities of the functional state of the immune system in drug Allergy. Immune deficiency: types, pathogenic mechanisms and clinical signs. The role of the immunogram in clinical practice». Presents an analysis of the changes in cellular immunity, an important role in the pathogenesis of drug allergy to immunological mechanisms. During the training the trainees disassembled various clinical cases, immunograms and reviewed a range of medical analyses of the Laboratory of collective use of KSMU.

M. A. Gazaliyeva has presented the report «Drug allergy to local anesthetics: the extent of the problem, diagnosis and prevention». In the beginning, Meruert Arstanovna spoke about the statistics of prevalence of allergic diseases in the world and in particular in Kazakhstan, noting the socio-demographic indicators and the prevalence of clinical symptoms in patients with drug allergies. The seminar Meruert Arstanovna moved on to the analysis of clinical cases in various manifestations of drug allergy.

June 1, participants listened to presentations by the chief allergist of MH SD RK, the head of the Republican scientific-practical allergological center, SRI C and ID, d.m.s., associate professor Nurpeisov Tair Temirlanovich a lecture on the topic: «Severe toxic-allergic reaction: pathogenetic mechanisms and clinical manifestations, therapeutic approaches». Tair Temirlanovich noted that according to the WHO in the 21st century the prevalence of allergic diseases is increasing. Tair Temirlanovich held a seminar on topic «Diagnostics and principles of treatment of allergic diseases». In addition, the students had the opportunity to ask questions to T. T. Nurpeisov.

Participants listened to presentations by Professor B. K. Zhumabekova a report on the theme: «First aid in acute intoxications toxic chemical substances. Examination of disability at toxic-chemical lesions». On this subject has been provided by a case report where was discussed in detail the clinical manifestations and emergency treatment.

A teacher of the D. S. Kusainova, a seminar was held on the theme: «Methods of specific diagnostics in vivo: indications for their conduct. Prevention of possible complications.  Laboratory diagnosis of drug Allergy». Assistant O. Y. Dedova presented a report on the theme: «Serum disease: pathogenetic mechanisms and clinical manifestations». In the center of practical skills in report and presentation practical skills of anaphylactic shock was the assistant M. R. Izmailovich. The participants of the master class were able to work out a practical skill for emergency care in anaphylactic shock.

The master class was visited by doctors, allergists, internists, pulmonologists, dermatologists, beauticians, employees of departments of KSMU and MUA residents.

Completed a master class with certificates and  gifts. The trainees noted the importance, availability, structure of the material presented and expressed gratitude to the head of the Department Ph. D., associate Professor M. A. Gazalieva for organizing and conducting the master class.
