On 14th – 15th June, 2017 for the first time in Karaganda State Medical University, there was thesis defense of the graduates of bachelor specialty 5B060700 "Biology".

At the meeting of the State Attestation Commission, there was сhairwoman Gulzhazira Kantarbayevna Turlybekova, c.b.s., associate Professor of the Department of Zoology of Karaganda State University named after Ye.A.Buketov; deputy chairman B.Zh. Kultanov, d.b.s., Professor, the head of the Department of Molecular Biology and Medical Genetics; as well as the members of the Commission – the representatives of the Department of Defectology of Karaganda State University named after Ye.A. Buketov and Karaganda State Technical University.

The graduates presented the results of their scientific research, conducted under the guidance of the teachers of the two departments - the Department of Molecular Biology and Medical Genetics and the Department of Microbiology,which was highly appreciated by the members of the State Attestation Commission.

The majority of graduates received recommendations for admission to Master’s degree program.

We congratulate the first graduates of the specialty "Biology" on successful thesis defense and wish them success in their professional activities!
