From the 10 th of April to the 11thof April 2017 at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was held the IV International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Farabi Alemi” (World of Farabi). Master’s students, students and young scientists from the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS countries participated in the conference.

Karaganda State Medical University was represented by the 2-year students of 2-011 group of the Faculty of General Medicine and Dentistry, Tilegen Dilda and Sakenova Zhansaya. They made an oral presentation on the topic “Features of the thermodynamic calculation of the new isonicotinic hydrazide derivative”. Scientific supervisor: acting Associate Professor of Department of Biological Chemistry, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Tukhmetova Zh.K. Our students brilliantly presented the scientific work in three languages: English, Kazakh and Russian. The audience was interested in the topic of the scientific work and asked many questions about the results of the research.

Following the results of the conference, our students took the II place and were awarded the Diploma for participation in the IV International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Farabi Alemi”.Congratulations!
