Academic mobility of graduate students of KSMU to the Graduate School of Management in Barcelona
From 14th of November 2016 to
14th March 2017 graduate
students of KSMU Sheryazdanova Dinara and Meermanova Inesh
attended the Graduate School of Management in Barcelona within the framework of
academic mobility of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
The passed course was called "Hospital Management" and was devoted to the study of technologies in the field of healthcare organization: management of health organizations, methodology of scientific research, scientific writing and presentation, international management skills, personnel management.
During the study, unique knowledge was acquired in such difficult issues of health management as anticorruption strategy of medical institutions, LEAN management, risk management, balanced scorecard, knowledge management.
We in practice got acquainted with the peculiarities of the functioning of the national health system of the Kingdom of Spain during the internship in the hospital CIMA, and their experience in organizing insurance medicine in the health care system was also useful.
Our knowledge and skills we intend to apply in further practical, research and teaching activities.
