On 16 February 2017 at Karaganda State Medical University, in the framework of the Road Map of MH RK on distribution and employment of graduates of medical universities, by the Department of Clinical Work and Graduates Employment was held a meeting of the Bachelor program graduates 2017 of “Public health”, “Medical and preventive care” and “Nursing care” specialties with the Director of Medical College of Taldykorgan.

The welcoming speech was made by Kosherova Bakhyt Nurgalievna, Vice-Rector for Clinical Work and Continuing Professional Development of KSMU. She wished the graduates to successfully pass the examination period, enter occupations, and find their own way in life as professionals.

Then was made a speech by the Director of Medical College of Taldykorgan Serik Maksimovich Zhansengirov, who familiarized the audience with the requirements of Medical College, told about the rules of work, conditions of remuneration and provided social benefits package. He also noted that all specialists of the Medical College of Taldykorgan have an opportunity to undergo advanced training in the countries of near and far abroad.

The conversation was held in a very pleasant atmosphere, so the Director could also tell about the tourist attractions of Taldykorgan and favourable climatic conditions, as well as to note a particular relevance of organization of recreational activities for the employees of the Medical College.

In conclusion, Serik Maksimovich Zhansengirov wished the graduates success in profession, and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.

Every year the Department of Clinical Work and Graduates Employment conducts a series of activities for communication between employers and graduates.

Employment of graduates on completion of their studies at the University allows them to gain experience in their professional field.
