On 6 February 2017,in order to discuss the constitutional reforms and consider the main provisions of the address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev titled “The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness”, was held a meeting for the students of our University with a Deputy of the Majilis of Parliament of RK, a member of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development Pshembayev Meyram Kudaibergenovich and a Deputy Chairman of Karaganda Regional Branch of “Nur Otan” Party Bekbatyrov Nazarbek Zhokenovich.

  “Training and education of highly qualified, spiritually and morally developed personnel for the country healthcare is the main direction of implementation of the major provisions of the President’s address”, said the Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament.

  After the speech of the Deputy, the students of the University asked him the questions and exchanged views. In turn, Meyram Kudaibergenovich gave the students some advice and expressed hope that the polylingual education would enable the University to compete with the leading universities of the world.

  The concept about the changes in the health system and integration of our country into the world educational space through the innovative technologies of multilingual training aroused great interest among students. In addition, there was a discussion of complete transfer of public health to competitive conditions.

  On 9 February, at the Hall of the Academic Council of KSMU was held a meeting with the university employees, attended by Abdirov Nurlan Mazhitovich, Badina Yuliya Viktorovna, the First Deputy Chairman of Karaganda City Branch of “Nur Otan” Party, Kosherova Bakhyt Nurgalievna, Vice-Rector for Clinical Work and Continuing Professional Development. Nurlan Mazhitovich, the Chairman of the Committee on legislation and judicial-legal reform of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is young, democratic, unafraid of thorny issues, calls the citizens for active defending their rights, and pledges support at the highest level.

  When speaking, the deputies placed emphasis on the issues of highly intellectual and spiritual-moral development of personality on the basis of the ideas of internationalism, patriotism and tolerance.
