Research – based learning (RBL) - introduction clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols of mental and behavioral disorders.

and narcology of Karaganda State Medical University by 7-year students of the
Faculty of General Medicine and Dentistry were defended science projects with
the use of the principle of research-based learning (RBL).
Under the leadership of the department’s assistants Stolyrova Valentina and Nizova Vitalina the students of 7-025 and 7-028 groups prepared and defended presentations in accordance with the protocols of diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.
Were considered and understood topical issues of diagnosis, differential diagnosis, prescribing treatment on clinical examples in accordance with the diagnostic and treatment protocols. Students actively involved in the analysis of both- own and other projects that contributed to the development of analytical, clinical and critical thinking of students.
