Tournament in Astana
XIV Republican debate tournament for the Cup of “Nur Otan” National Democratic Party was held in Astana. The tournament is dedicated to celebration of 25th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The tournament was held in two forms: American parliamentary debate (AP) and Lincoln–Douglas debate (LD). Student teams from different regions of Kazakhstan took part in the tournament. Karaganda region was represented by the participants of “Namys” Debate club: Zarlykova Ulzhan (4-047 OM) and Nadira Zhaybagysova (3-001 ТФП).
According to the results of the tournament, our young women were awarded the certificates of participation and prizes. Next XV tournament will be held in 2017 in Almaty.
