"Especially dangerous infections: here and now”.
On 20 October at Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology was held a conference on topic "Especially dangerous infections". The conference was arranged by students of 7-086 and 7-070 groups under the guidance of Associate Professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences N.A. Timchenko, with participation of 4, 6, 7-year students who study on the basis of Department.
At
the conference were raised urgent questions about prevention and disease rate of anthrax, efficiency of vaccination against tick-borne
encephalitis and also were considered epidemic foci of plague, Crimean-Congo
hemorrhagic fever, tularemia and botulism on the territory of the Republic of
Kazakhstan. The speakers elucidated recent scientific publications, developments,
as well as the latest discoveries in the field of "Especially dangerous
infections" both in the Republic of
Kazakhstan and worldwide.
