First step
On 28 October Youth Work Department arranged a meeting for students of KSMU with Miras Kargabay, a Principal Specialist of the Department of the Ministry for Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karaganda region.
Miras Askarbaevich familiarized the students with a project entitled “First step”, aiming at formation of human capacity of state apparatus, told about procedure of admission to civil service and rules of taking examinations in legislation. Our guest advised to all students, who want to pass examsuccessfully, to download special mobile application called “Госслужба в РК” (“Civil service in the Republic of Kazakhstan”), through which can be taken a trial test.
During the event our students actively asked questions of their interest and received irrefragable answers to them. At the end of the meeting, Miras Kargabay gave his contact details through which students can get more information about the “First step” project.
