“Laparoscopic reconstructive operations in colorectal surgery” master class

of Surgical Diseases No. 1 of Karaganda State Medical University in celebration
of 25th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a master
class titled “Laparoscopic reconstructive operations in colorectal surgery” according
to educational program on the basis of Central Hospital in Temirtau on 13-14th
of October 2016.
Taking into account political importance of this event, the Head of Endoscopic Surgery and Coloproctology Department of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, M.D., Professor Tsarkov Petr Vladimirovich was invited as a lecturer. Tsarkov Petr Vladimirovich is a specialist with 30 years of work experience, Vice-President of Eurasian Colorectal Technologies Association; he is one of Top-10 best coloproctologists in the world and the author of more than 17 inventions.
In the implementation program of trinity of education, science and clinical medicine as organizers acted the Board of Health of Karaganda region and Karaganda Surgical Association.
The unique reconstructive operation performed with the use of higher laparoscopical technology falls in to high category of complexity. Broadcast of surgical interference enabled the audience to follow the course of surgery on-line as if “real time surgery”.
Professor Tsarkov P.V. delivered a lecture on topics “Technical features of laparoscopic interference in colon” and “Principals of radical surgery for tumors of colon”. In the lecture were specified structure features of vessels and innervations of organ. The lecture was very useful and allowed the audience to identify their blank sides on which they have to work.
The audience consisted of residents, master’s students and Ph.D. candidates, interns and students of our University as well as surgeons from Temirtau and Karaganda.
Therefore, the conducted master class was very helpful for implementation of educational program in surgery and knowledge acquired will be useful for residents, interns and students of our University in further process of training in surgery.
