On the basis of Karaganda State Medical University on 19 October, 2016 was held the Republican training seminar on topic "Critical states in obstetrics."

In seminar took part obstetricians-gynecologists, anesthesiologists-resuscitators doctors of Karaganda and Kostanay regions.

For these regions, by the results of held headquarters for prevention of maternal and infant mortality, were relevant issues of provision of emergency actions in obstetrical bleeding, shocks, acute cerebrovascular accident, interpretation of indicators of laboratory tests in pregnant, parturient and puerperal women.

During the seminar, the academic and teaching staff of Karaganda State Medical University made reports (presentations) on the following issues: "Patient surveillance in obstetrical bleeding " by I.L. Kopobaeva, Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, obstetrician and gynecologist doctor of higher category, an independent expert in "Obstetrics and Gynecology” specialty; "Hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics (analysis of medical cases)”, "Infectious-toxic shock at viral and bacterial infections in obstetrics" by B.T. Aisanov, Associate Professor of resuscitation course, Candidate of Medical Sciences, anesthesiologist-resuscitator doctor of higher category, an independent expert in "Anesthesiology-resuscitation" specialty; "Surgical hemostasis of great vessels in obstetrical bleeding"by T.K. Igimbaev, Associate Professor of Department of General Surgery and Traumatology, Candidate of Medical Sciences, surgeon of higher category; "Laboratory diagnostics in disorders of hemostasis in pregnant women" by Sh.E. Dikanbaeva, Associate Professor of Department of Medical Rehabilitation, Candidate of Biological Sciences; "Acute cerebrovascular accident in pregnant, parturient and puerperal women"by M.G. Abdrakhmanova, Head of Department of Neurology, MD, Professor, neurologist doctor of higher category, an independent expert in "Neurology" specialty; "Pneumonia in pregnancy" by L.G. Turgunova, Head of Department of Internal Diseases No. 3, MD, Professor, therapist doctor of higher category, an independent expert in "Hematology" specialty.
