The first steps in science

20 June 2016

We are the students of the “Nursing care” specialty. Studying here, we receive good knowledge at the lessons and also take part in the nursing scientific club work. We have been the club participants for two years already. It gives us not only interesting and educational information, but also the possibility to participate in various conferences, symposia; share knowledge with the students of KSMU, as well as with those from other medical institutions of Kazakhstan and abroad.

In this year we participated in the online-workshop with the students and teachers of the “Nursing care” department of the South Kazakhstan state pharmaceutical academy; we delivered reports at the international conference “The world of science and young people, new ways of development”, took part in the “International scientific-practical conference of students and young scholars” in Astana and were awarded with the certificate and diploma for the best reports there.

We also honorably represented our KSMU in Kursk at the “81st  All-Russian scientific conference of students and young scientists “Youth Science and modernity”, dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Kursk State Medical University.

The conference participants were students and young scholars from medical universities of China, Belarus, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

The representatives from Kazakhstan were the 4th year students  of the “Nursing care” specialty of Karaganda State Medical University Aneliya Aytpayeva and Anna Surovtseva.

Anna Surovtseva presented her scientific project “Influence of religious factors upon the psycho-emotional state of patients” in the section “Objective laws of systemic organization of physiological functions in the pathological environment”. The report was given the high appreciation and good reference from the head of the department of pathophysiology, d.m.s., professor I.I.Bobyntsev.

Aneliya Aytpayeva presented her report “Analysis of development the volitional powers of visually-handicapped children, being professional athletes” in the section “Problems of sports medicine, extreme medicine and medical rehabilitation”.

The report highlighted the peculiarities of  psychological and sports-oriented development of children, studying at the Karaganda Regional Boarding School for Visually-handicapped Children. The given topic aroused huge interest from the students and the symposium’s scientific advisors.

Both scientific reports were acknowledged to be the best in their sections and honored with the I degree diplomas.

While preparing for the given scientific conference, we were working hard. The role of our scientific advisor was performed by a teacher and a very enthusiastic person involved into the science, Nika Nikolayevna Sedach.

We are very grateful to Nika Nikolayevna for the help in scientific-research work and her confidence in us.

We also want to express enormous gratitude to the rector of KSMU Raushan Sultanovna Dosmagambetova for the given opportunity to participate in the scientific conference of such a huge range, to get acquainted with future colleagues from another country, adapt to new environment.

Aneliya Aytpayeva, Anna Surovtseva.
