The meeting of employers of the Karaganda region with graduates of internship has taken place On May 31, 2016 in KSMU. There have arrived more than 60 representatives to the meeting from the medical organizations of the Karaganda region, from the cities of Karaganda, Balkhash, Zhezkazgan, Priozersk, Saran, Satpayev, Temirtau, Shakhtinsk, and also Abay, Aktogay, Bukhar-Zhyrau, Zhanaarka, Karkaralinsk, Ulytaus districts. Meeting has begun with welcome speech of the vice rector of clinical work and continuous professional development of Bakhyt Nurgaliyevna Kosherova. Further, performance was continued by the deputy dean of faculty of continuous professional development Yulia Sergeyevna Shilina, who has informed attendees with the rules and conditions of receipt in residency then it was given the floor to employers who in the performances have acquainted graduates with personnel requirements of the medical organizations, working conditions, compensations, a social package and the most important aspect - payments of training in residency in scarce specialties.

   The director of maternity hospital of Temirtau, Saule Gayrollovna Amanzholova has informed graduates on the available vacancies the obstetrician-gynecologists, neonatolog, the anesthesiologist-resuscitators and a social package and a possibility of payment in residency on the available vacancies.
  Daut Zharylgasynovich Nurtayev, the director of the central regional hospital of Shetsk district in the performance has noted a possibility of payment in residency, the obstetrician-gynecologist, the oculist, the radiologist has pointed to shortage, has in addition reported about a social package which they enter lifting of 200 thousand tenge from the regional budget and 148 thousand tenge from the medical organization.
