The meeting of employers with graduates in «Public health care», «Medical-preventive care» has taken place on April 5, 2016 in Karaganda state medical university. At meeting there were specialists of RSE on REU Branch "National Center of Examination" of Committee on consumer protection of RK across the Karaganda region (M.P. Arinova, S. B. Baygabilova), the head of the HR department of Department on consumer protection of the Karaganda region of Committee on consumer protection of MNE RK (G. D. Lekenova), the director of MSPE "Regional Children's Psychoneurological Clinic" of Karaganda (A.B. Kuldibayeva), the HR specialist of PSE "Regional Psychoneurological Clinic" of Karaganda (D. S. Adrayeva), the specialist of HR department of PSE "Regional Center of Blood" of Karaganda (M. Zh. Kozhukayeva), dean of faculty of preventive medicine, biology and pharmacy (V.N.Priz), deputy dean of faculty of preventive medicine, biology and pharmacy (A.M. Kamarova), head of department of clinical work and employment of graduates (B. K. Omarkulov), deputy chief of department of clinical work and employment of graduates (Zh.K. Nugmanova), specialist of employment of graduates (A.M. Tentekbayev).

Meeting has begun with speech of the head of department of clinical work and employment of graduates B. K. Omarkulov. Bauyrzhan Kadenovich has informed on flow output on the specialties "Public Health Care", "medical-preventive care", further performance was continued by Gulnar Dauletbekovna Lekenova, in the performance has reported that occupation of an administrative state position is carried out on a competitive basis, a competition is held on the basis of Rules of holding a competition on occupation of a vacant administrative post. She have acquainted with the available vacancies of chief specialists of Department, and also the leading and chief specialists of territorial administrations of Department, she explained about employment and passing of testing of candidates in detail. Maryash Posevnoyevna Arinova has pointed to shortage of experts in the center, and also in departments across the Karaganda region.

Employers have talked in detail to future specialists, have told about need for medical frames of their establishments, about compensation, a social package, working conditions.

Upon termination the speakers’ presentations, students asked employers the interesting questions, have exchanged contact phones and have signed contracts for employment.
