Alumni reunion of continuous professional development faculty with the employers of Karaganda region

The meeting of alumni of 2016 and 2017 with the employers of various medical institutions of Karaganda region has taken place on April 14, 2016 in Karaganda state medical university.

  More than 40 representatives of medical organizations from the towns Abay, Balkhash, Zhezkazgan, Karazhal, Saran, Satpayev, Temirtau, the regional centers Shetsk, Zhanaarka, Ulytau, and also the medical organizations of Karaganda city have taken part in this event.

Meeting has begun with welcome speech of the head of clinical work and graduates employment department B.K. Omarkulov, then Yu.S. Shilina the deputy dean of continuous professional development faculty made the presentation. Employers who have acquainted attendees with the need for medical personnel have continued the event, they have told about their medical institutions, rules of work, terms of work payment and the offered social package.

The director of Balkhash Central hospital A.T. Makhmutov has informed on the shortage of intensivists, the obstetrician-gynecologists, doctors of EHS, infectiologists, neonatologists, pediatricians, therapists. In addition he has reported about the grant payment in the amount of 250 thousand tenge, granting the company-owned apartment for the period of employment, and also a possibility of payment for training, retraining, professional development of experts.

The head doctor of Zhanaarka central regional hospital S.K. Kulmagambetov has noted that  the question of granting the company-owned apartments, hosting provisions, a possibility of payment for training is considered at employment.

The zone office of Zhezkazgan region of public health department of Karaganda region guarantees granting a benefit and company-owned apartments for young specialists.

Also during the meeting residents could ask questions to the potential employer, at the end of the meeting they have signed tripartite contracts for employment of the young specialist that was the main goal of this event.
