The International student foreign languages contest took place in Karaganda state university named offer E.A. Buketov in the context of the International scientific forum “Language education in the conditions of sociocultural transformation of modern society” from  April 6 to April 8.

The students from nine countries – China, the USA, France, Germany, India, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan became participants of the contest. The contest was held on English, German, French, Chinese knowledge and also Russian as a foreign language.

In the section “Russian as Foreign language” the third-year- students of our university – Khan Muhammad Asif (group 3-005), Karanbir Singh (group 3-008), Sharma Punit (group 3-008) partook actively. A.M. Mudrovskaya, the teacher of department of Russian language, was a supervisor.

During two competitive days the participants were performing tasks on listening, reading, writing and speaking, showing the good level of proficiency of Russian as a foreign language. According to the results of the fulfilled tasks our student  Karanbir Singh took the third place and got the diploma of the 3^rd degree.

We congratulate our students on the victory and wish them further success in scientific and educational work.
