One of the most effective types of cooperation with employers is carrying out the annual fairs of vacancies. The vacancy fair gives an opportunity, both for young specialists, and for employers, to hear the information of interest immediately from a direct source to get advice, to sign a contract for employment.

Within realization of «Road map of MHSD RK on distribution and employment of graduates of Kazakhstan medical universities for 2016» on March 25, 2016 at Karaganda state medical university there has taken place «Vacancy fair» in which 196 representatives from 177 organizations of health care, education fromAkmola, Aktyubinsk, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan regions, medical administration (Zhambyl, Karaganda, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan regions), Departments on consumer protection, National centers for expertise (Astana and Karaganda, and also Akmola, Karaganda regions), representatives of administration of  Karaganda, Satpayev, Shakhtinsk cities and Aktogay, Karkaralisnk, Ulytau, Shetsk regions, and also final-year students - bachelors on the specialties «Pharmacy»,  «Preventative medicine», «Nurse business», «Public Health», graduates of residency and students of the 5th course «General Medicine», «Dentistry» have taken part.

Main objective of «Vacancy fair» was signing the contracts for employment with graduates of a bachelor degree, residency of the current year and signing the contracts with bachelors of the 5th course on the specialties «General medicine», «Dentistry» for target preparation in internship on surgery, therapy, general medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, dentistry with their subsequent employment.

The vice-rector for clinical work and continuous professional development B.N. Kosherova has made a welcome speech, the head of department of clinical work and employment of graduates B.K. Omarkulov has made a speech with information of university, the graduates 2016 has told about the types of professional activity of bachelor degree.

Employers and representatives of administartion have continued the speeches with many offers for the graduates who plan to work in the cities and in rural areas. Employers have acquainted graduates with the provided social package, offered the help in the solution of housing problems: by renting the rooms or apartments, and also the help in employment of spouses.

So, the head of department of human resources management and organizational work of health care management of Pavlodar region G.O. Eltayeva has acquainted attendees with the information about the existence of vacancies in medical organizations, about social support of young specialists in Pavlodar region, and for young specialists who wants to find job in the rural areas the first settlement allowance at the expense of the republican budget 70 MCI, credit for procurement of lodgings with an annual rate of remuneration of 0,001%, rent, department housing are provided.

The deputy akim of Aktogay region A.S. Saydy has noted that at employment in Aktogay region: housing (a new house or the 0,001 percentage housing credit in the amount up to 3 200 000 KZ.); the first settlement allowance (state at a rate of 70 MCI, 200 000 KZ from the region.); sogym (providing with meat for the winter in the first year); professional development payment, both in Kazakhstan, and abroad, possibility of payment for studying in residency are provided.

Representatives of medical colleges of the cities Zhezkazgan, Kokshetau, Kostanay have invited graduates of a bachelor degree to work in the organizations of education. 

For involvement of young specialists to their regions many heads of the medical organizations pay much attention to granting a social package, consider questions of payment for studying in internship, residency, the help in the solution of housing problems, in employment of spouses and arrangement of children of young doctors in preschool institutions.

At the end of «Vacancy fair» tripartite contracts with bachelors of graduates 2016 on the specialties «Pharmacy», «Preventative medidcine», «Nursing», «Public Health » and planned graduates of 2017, 2018 on the specialties «General Medicine», «Dentistry» are signed as the employment of graduates according to their profession is one of the main tasks of Karaganda State Medical University.
