In "Diseases of the nervous system during pregnancy" Karaganda Department of Health (narrowly) March 16, 2016 held the first scientific-practical conference on cross-cutting issues. Chairman of the conference was the deputy head narrowly MD, PhD, an obstetrician-gynecologist G.K. Mamalinova, co-chairs of the conference - Head of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology, Ph.D., Professor Abdrakhmanov MG and Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, I.L. Kopobaeva. The conference was attended by 150 doctors, including representatives of practical public health (obstetrician-gynecologists, neurologists, general practitioners, internists) Karaganda (RCH, GB№1, PHC RAGTS, polyclinic №3, №4, №5) and region (Temirtau, Shakhtinsk, city of Balkhash, Saran city, city of Abai, Zhezkazgan), employees of the Department of neurology, psychiatry and Toxicology, Department of Obstetrics and gynecology, Department of KSMU GPs, as well as deputy chief physician, medical directors institutions.

  Presentations were made by the audience: the doctor - the neuropathologist of the highest category, freelance neurologist narrowly M.D. Mazurchak with report "Diseases of the nervous system in pregnant women in Karaganda region",  Head of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology, Ph.D., Professor M.G. Abdrakhmanova  "Cerebrovascular disease in pregnant women" (Photo 1), the professor of neurology, psychiatry and narcology M.D. T.T. Kispaeva with report "Dorsopathies pregnant: the current state of gaps" (Photo 1), associate professor, Ph.D. R.A. Belyaev with  information "Tactics and management of pregnant women with neuromuscular diseases and multiple sclerosis", the head of Neurology department N.A.Evstafieva with report "Tactics of pregnant women with epilepsy."

  The proposed theme of the reports sparked an active interest in students, develop discussion found many responses among those present, practical public health doctors have received answers to frequently asked questions in the management of pregnant women with diseases of the nervous system. The conference materials is planned to develop and issue guidelines on "Tactics and management of pregnant women with diseases of the nervous system", as well as meeting in a roundtable with representatives of regional management of healthy lifestyles and the media, as well as meeting in a roundtable with representatives of regional management of healthy lifestyles and the media.
