For the purpose of effective employment of graduates regular meetings are held annually at the University with future employers, one of which took place on 15 February 2016. The event was attended by representatives of Karaganda region Health Department, medical organizations MSE«Regional Medical Center», MSE «Regional Children's Hospital»,MSE «Regional Clinical Hospital», MSE «Polyclinic №1 of Karaganda», MSE «Central Hospital of Balkhash», MSE «Central Hospital Saran», representatives of the dean's of  FCPD  and residents 1, 2, 3 years of study. Employers were presented to graduates by Vice-Rector for clinical work and the CPDB.N.Kosherova.

At a meeting employers talked about the existing vacancies in the medical institutions that match to the specialties of graduates, as well as the answers given on the issues of social support and the additional benefits for young professionals.

Under results of the meeting, two residents of specialty «Endocrinology, including children» were distributed to the CSE «Regional Hospital» and a resident of the specialty «Neuropathology, including children» to the CSE «Regional Children's Hospital».
