The meeting of employers with residency graduates on a specialty «Obstetrics and gynecology»

The meeting of employers with graduates on residency in the specialty «Obstetrics and Gynecology» hosted on the 10th February in Karaganda State Medical University for future employment of graduates.

The meeting was attended by representatives of medical organizations of Karaganda region: Mazitov Ural (director of MSE «Central Hospital of Ulytau region») Esіmseyіt Gulnar (director of MSE «Policlinic №1 Temirtau»), Pak Irina (Deputy Head «The regional perinatal center») and Kochetova Elena (senior inspector of personnel service MSE «Maternity hospital Temirtau»).

Vice-Rector of Clinical Work and Continuous Professional Development Kosherova Bakhyt Greeted the participants and noted the importance of the correct choice of the future place of work, familiarized the gathered with the number of graduates of the residency on a specialty «Obstetrics and Gynecology» in 2016, 2017, 2018 respectively. In conclusion, she has provided employers.

Director of  MSE «Central Regional Hospital Ulytau» Mazitov Ural briefed the graduates from the historical terrain, landmarks. In connection with the need for two obstetricians, invited the graduates for future employment in their region, ensuring the creation of conditions for the successful work of young professionals, including the provision of housing, obtaining financial state support (lifting), noted that young professionals will get a good salary. Ural Safiullovich, aroused great interest among the participants, the questions were asked about the needs of professionals, requirements and operating conditions.

Esіmseyіt Gulnar, director of  MSE «Policlinic №1 Temirtau» informed that young professionals will be assisted with housing in the form of service apartments, dorm rooms, clinics may consider tuition fees, utility payments and providing lift.

Pak Irina, Deputy Head of «The Regional Perinatal Center» started with warm greetings to the entire audience, addressing the participants as colleagues, immediately endeared herself to the attention of the participants. She noted the advantage of working in the organization of this acquisition great professional opportunities, given that the «Regional Perinatal Center» is the third level of the regionalization of perinatal care, pointed to the lack of 7 obstetricians - gynecologists.

The participants received the necessary information on vacancies, the additional benefits and were able to ask questions to representatives of health organizations.

In conclusion the head of the Department of Clinical work and Graduate employment Omarkulov Bauyrzhan thanked everybody and expressed readiness to cooperate with the medical organizations in the future.
