On January 27, 2016 for young scientists were held the corporate training "Doctor as a leader" by teachers of the department of basis of psychology and communication skills at the National Centre of Labour Hygiene and Occupational Diseases. The young teachers of the department - Onaybaeva Zarina Kairatovna and Musabekova Asel Serikovna conducted training. The purpose of this training was to help young researchers in self-employment in a dynamic process as well as the independent development of their leadership skills. As part of the corporate training teachers used the theoretical material and practical exercises. The theoretical material was presented in the form of a slide presentation, for better understanding were shown video clips. Practical exercises helped to identify the leadership qualities of young scientists and draw conclusions about the qualities which is essential to the leader. At the end of classes at the stage of reflection on the done work each participant expressed his own opinion, expressed his positive attitude about training.

Head of the Center sent to the Rector of KSMU thankfulness letter with the wishes of further cooperation. The Department basis of psychology with teaching experience in postgraduate education of discipline "Organizational behavior" plans in this direction continue to cooperate with the Centre.
