On October 2, 2015, the meeting of students with police inspectors for minors of the CPD of Karaganda city  Bolysbaev Е.Е. and IskakovЕ.А.was happened in lecture room №339  of the KSMU main building. This meeting was organized by the department on work with youth of KSMU.

The main purpose of the meeting was to different kinds of crime by young students, to explain what the penalty should be for violation of the rules of territorial development of cities and settlements, the destruction of infrastructure, destruction and damage of green areas.

1.  At the present time thanks to new advanced technologies it is easy to determine the time and reveal the facts of the crime can.

2.  Violation of the rules of territorial development of cities and settlements, as well as destruction of infrastructure, destruction and damage of green areas and urban settlements, entails a warning or a fine for individuals of up to twenty, for officials, entrepreneurs, legal entities which are the subjects of small or medium-sized business or non-profit organizations in the amount of twenty to forty, for legal entities of a large enterprise, in the amount of fifty to one hundred monthly calculation index.

3.  The actions committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty shall entail a fine on individuals in the amount of from twenty to thirty - for officials, entrepreneurs, legal entities of small or medium-sized business or non-profit organizations in the amount of thirty to fifty - for legal entities of a large enterprise, in the amount of one hundred to three hundred of monthly calculation index.
