On September 30, 2014 the training workshop «Modern methods of youth outreach» took place in the hotel complex “Dostar-Alem” with the participation of government agencies representatives, the best regional volunteers, members of Karaganda youth organizations and movements, under the supervision of the member of the Youth Policy Council under the President of RK and executive director of "Youth Initiatives Fund" Aynur Nurtai, trainer of the Russian Federation Enlightenment Fund "Meta" Irina Garth, the head of «Crisis Control Agence» Anastasia Ivkina, director of UK «Global Hand» Ben Solanki. 

Aynur Nurtai elaborated on the work and purposes of "Youth Initiatives Fund," that the state always supports and will support the young people in all good undertakings.

Also our guests Irina Garth, Anastasia Ivkina and Natalya Kan addressed to participants of the seminar. The program of the workshop was constructed in such a way that each participant could penetrate into the training workshop subject, not only understand, but also experience what are the new methods of work with youth. The experienced trainers divided the audience into two groups due to the large number of participants (155 persons).

All the subjects of training workshop reflected current opportunities, problems and aspects of collaborative mechanisms, civic initiative and crisis communication of youth institutions and societies.

We would like to specially emphasize that the training workshop was held in the most informal atmosphere as it was planned. It has expanded the communication boundaries and made communication and exchange of information between the trainers and the audience intelligible and understandable. 

During the trainings, the participants actively exchanged contact information for further mutual cooperation for the benefit of the country, told about their active life, work in youth policy and the purposes for the future. The event atmosphere was breathtaking because some of the best representatives of Karaganda and the region youth, international guests and members of the Council for Youth Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan gathered in one place and at one time.

During the workshop, the most active and creative participants had the opportunity to win prizes such as cell phone and tablet after the following conditions fulfillment: to post an interesting and informative information about the training seminar in the social network "Twitter" with the hashtag "#YFUNDKZ" and to post the information and selfie in "Instagram".

Participating in the training workshop on behalf of Karaganda State Medical University, the youth movement "Zhas Otan" under the party "Nur Otan" and the regional headquarter "Zhasyl El", I posted interesting information in "Twitter" and won the tablet. This competition, as well as the seminar itself was made possible with the support of the Department of Youth MES RK.

After the training workshop «Modern methods of youth outreach», the participants found new incentive and forces to do the best and realized the responsibility placed on their shoulders by the President and the country leadership.
