«Nur Otan» is a people’s party. From the day of foundation the party put into effect the massive reforms in economy and politics to improve the conditions for man development, society and state.

Under the supervision of the Elbasy, who is a founder of the party, the people of Kazakhstan created the successful society and the democratic state with dynamic developing economy. The principal result of the efforts was the advanced realization of the fundamental principles of the Strategy «Kazakhstan – 2013».

Yulia Viktorovna told about the purposes and problems of the party, and also about the 12 projects of «Nur Otan», such as «A strong business is a strong state», «Happy childhood», «The future without barriers», «A transparent tariff», «Say no to an offense». For example, the purpose of the project «With care of the older generation» is the ensuring of continuity of generations, the strengthening of solidarity feeling in the society, patriotism, traditions and the respect for the older generation. The purpose of the project «Happy Family» is a strengthening of the institute of a family, moral and spirituality through the promotion of family values. Thus, all of the 12 projects are directed to the improvement of quality of life of Kazakhstan citizens.
