G.S. Bapina, a resident neonatologist of 9001 group of the NCJSC "KMU", was among the young scientists given a diploma in the nomination "For scientific research" of the IV scientific and practical conference "Speransky Readings-2024".

She presented a clinical case from her own practice called "Congenital protein C deficiency".

The conference was held at Sechenov University (Moscow). It is dedicated to G. N. Speransky, a prominent pioneer of pediatrics in Russia. The forum was held for the first time with international participation and brought together more than 500 students and young scientists from 30 universities, scientific research institutes and clinics of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. They submitted about 150 papers to the competition in three categories: scientific problems, poster reports on significant research areas and clinical cases.

The Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology of the NCJSC "KMU" (head of the department, Professor B.T.Tukbekova) regularly takes an active part in this conference. This time, 12 abstracts were prepared on two scientific projects in neonatology and the personal clinical cases of resident neonatologists (supervisor Professor S.T. Kizatova).

The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the conference and expressed hope for further cooperation in the field of science and practice. We wish the residents further professional growth and achievement of new heights.
