From September 19 to October 1, 2023, an internship of the project team of Kazan State Medical University with the support of the grant of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan "Algarysh" took place in NСJSC "Karaganda Medical University".

The project team included professors from the Department of Normal Physiology, the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology, the Department of Normal Anatomy and the Department of Hospital Therapy of Kazan State Medical University.

During their stay, representatives of the project team got acquainted with the material and technical bases of the departments of theKaraganda Medical University, discussed joint research projects and the concept of an integrated program.

The professors of the project team participated in PBL training sessions, familiarized themselves with the methods and tools for teaching integrated EPs, they were trained in scheduling for such programs by the Department of Academic Work and the Department of Information. In addition, the project team was familiarized with the collection of textbooks on integrated EPs, and the material part of the research laboratory of NCJSC "KMU".

We are grateful to our colleagues from Kazan for the honor of choosing NCJSC "KMU" as an advisor in the issue of integrated programs!

We wish our colleagues successful adoption and implementation of the programs and hope that there will be more such joint projects between our universities in the future!
