The literary evening
On November 22, a literary evening was held within the walls of the university library dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh humanitarian writer, classic of Kazakh literature, public figure, professor, academician of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Auezov.
Library staff told the students of the School of Nursing Education about interesting biography facts, moral and ethical principles of the writer, touched upon his works. Among them are "Grey Fierce", "Enlik-Kebek" and the epic novel "The Way of Abai", which occupies a unique place in Kazakh literature.
"In order to think, one must read"- Mukhtar Auezov wrote so.
The students were introduced to the writer's wise sayings and books, preserved in the library fund.
