Conference dedicated to the International Day memory of road accident victims

On November 18, 2022, the Conference "Learn...survive...save" was held at the Center for Advanced Studies of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Ufa), timed to coincide with the International Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on the third Sunday of November, declared by the UN. The Conference discussed topical issues of providing first aid to victims of road accidents, legal regulation in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries, prospects for the development of training for various categories of the population, measures to prevent an increase in deaths and injuries as a result of road accidents, and ways of psychological support for victims of road accidents and their relatives. 

The speakers were scientists, heads and specialists of medical and state specialized institutions of the country and neighboring countries, including: - Kemelova Gulshat - PhD, Head of the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies " Karaganda Medical University"NCJSC (Kazakhstan).

The conference was held in offline and online formats, which was attended by more than 500 participants of medical education, medical and non-medical institutions. Kemelova Gulshat presented the topic “Basics of first aid training at Karaganda Medical University” NCJSC. For all participants of the Conference, reports and topics were interesting, useful and relevant.
