On October 6-7, 2022, within the framework of the Year of the Child, IX Republican scientific and practical conference "Priority areas of rehabilitation and balneology" was held on the basis of the National Children's Rehabilitation Center, which was held in full-time format, organized jointly with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

       Reports of foreign and domestic speakers separating the activities of physical medicine and rehabilitation were presented at the conference (Georgia, Russia, Italy, Mongolia, Korea and the Netherlands). 

       From the NCJSC "Medical University of Karaganda" was presented by professor of the School of Nursing Education, doctor of medicine Kispayeva T., a report on the topic "excellence of nursing service in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral stroke", on the organization of nursing service in the field of medical rehabilitation, where the issues of the role and participation (diagnostics and rehabilitation competencies) of nursing staff in medical rehabilitation were highlighted, as well as the possibility of training nursing staff in the field of medical rehabilitation, educational and scientific technical resources of nursing rehabilitation in modern conditions. 

       Within the framework of the conference, a post-report was presented by the staff of the School of Nursing Education: Amirbekova M., the 2nd year undergraduate, Aitmagametov A., master Meermanova I., master Shozda K., Sadueva F. on the topic "The role of a nurse in the rehabilitation of patients after cerebral stroke" (scientific supervisor prof. Kispaeva T.).
