On May 31, 2022, a successful defense of a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by Ermakhanova Zhanar Akbarovna on the topic: "Optimization of primary health care (PHC) " for the population over the working age of the South Kazakhstan region" in the specialty "6D110200 - Public health" under the chairmanship of Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Omarkulov Bauyrzhan Kadenovich, took place at the "Medical University of Karaganda” NCJSC.

The dissertation was carried out on the basis of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, Turkestan.
