Within the framework of the International Forum "Development of nursing in Kazakhstan. Present. The Future", held in full-time format on May 12-13, 2022 in Nur-Sultan, organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Paryz Association and dedicated to the Day of the Nurse, was attended by more than 150 representatives of the National Center for Health Development named after Salidat Kairbekova, medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, higher medical colleges, medical organizations, associations.

The national coach of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the School of Nursing Education, Doctor of Medical Sciences, T.T. Kispaeva was delegated from the NJSC "MUK", who together with the national coach of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Associate Professor of the NJSC "MUA" PhD Umbetzhanova A.T., Head of the Department of Epidemiology, Evidence-based Medicine and Biostatistics of the KSPH of Almaty, PhD Smailova D.S. masterclass on the topic: "Implementation of clinical nursing guidelines and operational procedures in practical healthcare" for forum participants. At the end of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.

The second day of the forum was devoted to foreign and domestic reports reflecting the state of nursing healthcare in the regions and abroad, as well as discussion of the current situation on the introduction of a new model of nursing service in practical healthcare organizations: Article 127 "Nursing activities" of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 № 360-VI HRK "On the health of the people and healthcare system"; Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2020 No. RK DSM-199/2020 "On approval of the rules for the provision of nursing care" in terms of the introduction of nursing care services on the basis of a nursing diagnosis and maintenance of nursing documentation; Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2020  RK DSM-305/2020 "On approval of the nomenclature of specialties and specializations in the field of healthcare, nomenclature and qualification characteristics of positions of healthcare workers" in terms of the introduction of the position "medical sister or extended practice medical brother"; The roadmap "Trinity of education, science and practice in nursing", which includes such key areas as the institutional development of organizations that train nursing specialists, the introduction of a new management system in the field of training and activities of nurses, the development of research activities of nursing specialists business.

At the end of the forum, a resolution was adopted, within the framework of which it was recommended to monitor the implementation of a new model of nursing service and nursing manuals in organizations of practical healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the implementation of the Roadmap.
